NOHSEP/NOLA Ready and Jefferson Parish Host Hurricane Preparedness Training

The New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (NOHSEP)/NOLA Ready, in partnership with Jefferson Parish, will host a day-long hurricane preparedness training for individuals with disabilities and other functional needs on Saturday, October 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Ree Alario Center, 6900 Saints Drive, Metairie, LA 70003.

This training is free, includes lunch and while designed for individuals with disabilities and other functional needs, it is open to all residents in Orleans and Jefferson Parish. We ask that participants please register here by September 30, 2025.
