Congresswoman Nancy Mace Doubles Down with New Bill, Stop the Invasion of Women’s Spaces Act
(WASHINGTON, D.C., December 04, 2024) – Congresswoman Nancy Mace continues to lead the charge in protecting women’s private spaces across the country. After facing backlash from the Left over her recent resolution, she is doubling down with a new bill aimed at banning biological men from using women’s restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms in all federally funded facilities. This includes public schools and universities, national parks, government buildings, healthcare facilities such as hospitals and clinics, public housing and shelters, and transportation hubs like airports, train stations, and bus terminals.
This effort comes in response to mounting concerns from women across the nation who feel their safety and dignity are being compromised in the name of the Left’s crusade to erase biological women with toxic political correctness. These spaces would be required to enforce clear bathroom policies to protect women and girls.
“We introduced a resolution to stand up for women, and the Left lost their minds. But I’m not here to make them happy—I’m here to protect women and girls,” said Congresswoman Mace. “I’m doubling down with this bill. We’ve worked too hard for safe spaces, and we’re not going to allow them to be erased by unhinged, loud, and far-Left extremists. Men in women’s private spaces is not normal, and it never will be.”
“Let them come at us again,”Congresswoman Mace continued. “We’re not stopping. Women deserve leaders who will stand up for them, no matter the cost.”
