Watch: Pedro Pascal Addresses Jennifer Aniston Dating Rumors

Pedro Pascal is setting the record straight.

After The Last of Us star was seen grabbing dinner with Jennifer Aniston, romance rumors immediately abounded. However, according to Pedro himself, it was just a simple meal.

“We're friends and we went to dinner with mutual friends,” he told E! News at the March 24 premiere of The Last of Us season two. “It happens.” (For more from the premiere, tune into E! News tonight, March 25 at 11 p.m.)

Indeed, instead of focusing on dating rumors, the 49-year-old is gearing up for the second installment of the beloved zombie series, in which he stars alongside Bella Ramsey.

And while fans are clamoring for more information about the upcoming installment—including what sorts of stunts Pedro might get up to—he’s playing it coy with information.

“You get to see like a single tear fall from one of my eyes down my cheek, maybe a little bit of mucus,” he joked of what to expect from his character. “I think Joel has reading glasses this season. So, there are some serious moves that are coming your way.”
