EPA’s Attempt to Roll Back Climate Regulations May Come Down to 1 Key Legal Point

In his new role as head of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Lee Zeldin has proposed changes that would fundamentally alter government regulation of the United States’ energy and transportation industries—if the changes can survive legal challenges from environmental groups.
