ANHEUSER-BUSCH WEAPONIZES FEDERAL LEGAL SYSTEM TO BURY CONSERVATIVE DAD’S ULTRA RIGHT BEER IN MASSIVE LEGAL FEES AS REVENGE FOR BUD LIGHT HUMILIATION
Billion-Dollar Beer Giant Tries to Crush Small Business That Helped Expose Bud Light’s Woke Agenda
Anheuser-Busch has filed a federal trademark opposition before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in an act of corporate revenge against Conservative Dad’s Ultra Right Beer. This comes nearly two years after Ultra Right Beer’s launch video—featuring founder Seth Weathers smashing a Bud Light can with a baseball bat—went viral with over 100 million views, exposing Anheuser-Busch’s woke political agenda to millions.
“This isn’t about trademarks—it’s about retaliation,” said Seth Weathers, founder of Conservative Dad’s Ultra Right Beer. “Anheuser-Busch is furious we helped expose their woke disaster with Bud Light, so now they’re using their billion-dollar legal machine in an attempt to financially bleed us dry. But unlike them, we’re not just a corporation looking to maximize profit—we’re a movement of Americans who have had enough.”
A Small Business Standing Up to Corporate Retaliation
Anheuser-Busch, a $100+ billion corporation, has a long history of using its vast resources to crush opposition. Now, instead of accepting the consequences of their own marketing disaster, they are weaponizing the legal system to erase a conservative small business that dared to call them out.
“They think they can drag this case out long enough to force us into submission through excessive legal fees,” Weathers said. “I only have one response: We will Fight! Fight! Fight!”
Anheuser-Busch’s federal filing laughably claims that "Conservative Dad’s Ultra Right" is likely to confuse consumers with their brand, "Michelob Ultra." Yet even in 2023, when the discussion of a possible trademark dispute arose, legal experts cast doubt on the strength of such a case. Jessica Litman, a law professor at the University of Michigan, told Newsweek that Anheuser-Busch would be unlikely to win.
ULTRA RIGHT BEER FIGHTS BACK – BRINGING BACK THE BASEBALL BAT
To fight back against this corporate intimidation, Conservative Dad’s Ultra Right Beer has launched a GiveSendGo campaign to raise funds.
Weathers also hinted at the return of Ultra Right Beer’s signature rebellion, stating, “Looks like it’s time to bring back the Louisville Slugger.” A direct reference to his viral launch video that featured him taking a baseball bat to a Bud Light can—a video that racked up over 100 million views.
The company has also announced a Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotion on Conservative Dad’s Border Wall Tequila, with proceeds supporting the fight.
Since its launch, Conservative Dad’s Ultra Right Beer has contributed over $150,000 to conservative causes, including the Trump campaign. Now, they’re calling on Americans who have had enough of woke corporate lawfare, to stand with them in this fight.
