SAN ANTONIO - New development Friday afternoon in the Suzanne Simpson murder case.

A junk hauler was seen out front of the Simpson home in Olmos Park, with some items being taken out of the house.

When asked if this was in preparation of the house to be sold, Brad's brother Bart Simpson said the home might go up for sale "possibly next year."

The family will not be residing there and we need to get it cleaned up so that it can be rented or sold," he said. "We are helping the children move in that direction.

Suzanne Simpson, a mother of four and a realtor, was last seen on Oct. 6 at her home in Olmos Park. A neighbor who lived across the street from the Simpson's home off East Olmos Drive told police he saw Brad and Suzanne arguing outside his window.

After that, the neighbor said Suzanne broke free and ran toward a wooded area and Brad followed. He later heard screaming.

Brad Simpson was arrested on Oct. 9 in Kendall County. He was initially charged with assault and then with a federal gun charge. He was then charged on Nov. 8 with Suzanne's murder.

We've contacted the Olmos Park Police Department for a statement on the cleanup at the Simpson home.
