Watch this video first before doing any of the preset mental workouts. Learn more about the Mer Ka Bah and The Field at https://www.troublesaway.net/ Text: Here are the essentials you need to know in order to do mental workouts. These essentials apply to all mental workouts using the Mer Ka Bah. With these essentials you can do pre-set workouts or make up your own. Essential 1 – The Field. Mental workouts are effective. For example between 2007 and 2010 1,725 men and women demonstrated the power of the mental game by reducing the US urban crime rate by 28.4%. http://istpp.org/news/2017_03-new-res... They work because there is a field of energy from which everything arises. This includes the sun, airplanes and your toothbrush. Scientists call this the Zero Point Field. Because everything comes from the Field it means that at this level everything is connected. Because everything is connected it does not matter how far you are from what you want to influence. Scientists also know, for example from experiments in quantum physics, that the field is influenced by intention. So when you do your mental workout you are applying your intention at the level of the field. Essential 2 – Mini Fields or Mer Ka Bah When you do a mental workout you are using the Field to create a mini field around a person or object or location and programing it for a particular outcome. The mini field you create is called a Mer Ka Bah if it is around your body and a Surrogate Mer Ka Bah if it is around something else. Mer Ka Bah is sometimes translated as light-body or chariot. Essential 3 – Do no harm and respect free will It is important to program the Mer Ka Bah only for beneficial outcomes that do no harm to others. Otherwise the Mer Ka Bah will not work and may even back-fire on you. You need also to respect the free will of others. For example if you want to send healing to someone ask their permission first. You can send them a general intention for health without asking, but do not ask for a specific outcome, like curing a bad back, without their permission. We do not know what purpose the bad back is playing in their lives. Essential 4 – The Star Tetrahedron The Mer Ka Bah has an inner and an outer component. When doing your mental workout create the inner component first. This is in the form of a spinning Star Tetrahedron. A Star Tetrahedron is a three dimensional representation of the well-known Star of David. There are actually three Star Tetrahedrons all in the same space. One is static, one spins clockwise and one spins anti-clockwise. All you need to visualise is the static one because the others spin so fast you can’t see them although you may feel their dynamo-like energy. Place the Star Tetrahedron around the person, place or object you wish to influence. Make sure they are entirely within it. Expand the Star Tetrahedron so that it is big enough. Alternatively you can shrink the thing you want to influence so that it fits. Essential 5 – The Flying Saucer shape The outer component of the Mer Ka Bah has a flying saucer shape. Some also call it a sombrero shape after the wide brimmed hats Mexicans wear. There is a galaxy called the Sombrero galaxy that has the perfect sombrero shape. Once you have visualised the Star Tetrahedron place the flying saucer shape goes over it. This forms the outer skin of the Mer Ka Bah. Essential 6 – Programing the Mer Ka Bah Once you have your Mer Ka Bah around the person place or object you wish to influence you can then program it. Say your intention such as “Heal my gums” to yourself. Place the intention in the Mer Ka Bah itself so that as it spins it helps bring about the outcome you desire. Essential 7 – Bring in the Heart Even though we call it a mental workout the Mer Ka Bah is actually created through the heart. So to bring the heart into your workout start each of your programs with “Love and awakening.” For example, if you want to heal your gums start with “love and awakening.” Then say “heal my gums.” Essential 8 – Practise After a while a Mer Ka Bah around your own body becomes permanent and keeps executing the programs you have placed into it until you delete them. To delete a program visualise the Mer Ka Bah around your body and say for example “Delete heal my gums”. Or, to clear all programs say “Delete all programs”. For Surrogate Mer Ka Bah you need to visit them regularly to keep them topped up. I suggest spending 5 minutes twice a day with the Mer Ka Bah you have created. Do this during the week and have the weekends off. As you practise you are likely to discover working with the Mer Ka Bah feels so good you want to extend your workouts. There is no harm in this and indeed it is a great way to discover more about who you are and your true capabilities. Essential 9 – Confidence Not enough space on YouTube for the text! Enjoy.
