Seven months after a KATU News report on a massive homeless camp in Southeast Portland, neighbors say it's now even worse. Mark Dahl told KATU's Angelica Thornton he believes the city is ignoring the Lents Neighborhood. "We requested you come out here for a reason," said Dahl. "I don't think anybody, I don’t think the city, county chair, from Cesar Chavez Boulevard east, really gives a damn." Dahl is frustrated by what is happening a quarter of a mile from his home on Southeast Knapp Street, next to the Indian Creek Natural Area. "Nothing has changed," said Dahl. "Nothing has changed at all in seven months, and nothing will change in the next seven months," said Dahl.
