For whatever reason, after I backed up and restored, I now have three copies of each text. Please add a duplicate-removing feature. Also, when doing a Google security checkup, Google recommended removing access to SMS Backup and Restore because it's "not a trusted app." I dismissed this and checked to see if it's still I'm the Play Store, which it is, so I'm confused about the alert.

Thank you so much for this app. I just got a new phone and for whatever reason Google backup didn't transfer my text messages. I was pulling my hair out trying to fix it! Gaaaah. Anyway, I couldn't get it to connect the new phone to my old phone so I just used the upload to Drive feature and that worked seamlessly. It was pretty intuitive too. Great simple app!

incredibly useful tool, definitely one of the top five ever. anyone who needs to keep a history of communication knows that screenshots are the stupidest technique for capturing text messages. and this tool does a phenomenal job of not only capturing what you need, but formatting it so it's actually useful for evidence and record-keeping. huge flaw is the date picker scrolls by month, in clearing the date jumps all the way to 1970 instead of blank so it's impossible to scroll to "today"
