WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WCYB) — Eight men have been arrested for allegedly looting flood ravaged-communities in the Highway 107 area of Washington County, Tennessee according to Sheriff Keith Sexton.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office says deputies continue to patrol the region, especially along the flood zone.
According to Sheriff Sexton, deputies arrested eight men on Saturday for looting.
Authorities say each of the eight men arrested are being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond.
The suspects are scheduled to appear in Court Monday.
