The United Coast Guard Southeast Division rescued a man and their dog from a sailboat off the coast off of Florida's Sanibel Island Thursday afternoon.The Coast Guard says the man's 36-foot sailboat became disabled and started taking on water around 3 p.m.USCG says the man and his dog are safe.It was not immediately clear why the man was out on the water.
