Highlights! Kevin Holland scores arm-snapping submission, celebrates with Donald Trump cageside | UFC 302

Kevin Holland celebrated with Donald Trump cageside earlier tonight (Sat., June 1, 2024) at UFC 302 live on ESPN+ PPV from inside Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, after delivering an arm-snapping submission finish over fellow middleweight Michal Oleksiejczuk.

Holland came into this fight as the betting favorite, but it was Oleksiejczuk who scored the bigger shots in the early going. Oleksiejczuk landed a nice left that dropped “Big Mouth” just one minute into the first. As Oleksiejczuk jumped on top Holland quickly started to lock up an armbar.

Holland has a bunch of submission stoppages on his record so Oleksiejczuk was in instant trouble. He tried to fight, but once Holland turned him over that was all she wrote. Holland cranked Oleksiejczuk’s arm before snapping it in gruesome fashion. Oleksiejczuk still kept trying to fight, but referee Herb Dean had seen enough and stepped in.

After his submission finish, Holland quickly exited the Octagon to have a word with Trump alongside the Octagon. The two shared a moment as “U-S-A” chants began to ring out. It was a perfect way for Holland to rebound and inject some life into UFC 302’s main card.
