The medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient thought developed Bell''s Palsy on right side of her face and extreme headache in Dec2020. The patient asked if she could take Advil. She was told to go to the emergency but the patient did not feel like she needed to go to Emergency Room (ER) and the hotline at her work did not really help her. The patient smile felt like when the anesthesia was wearing off after going to dentist on right side of cheek and jaw like it''s frozen, and her smile is off, not even. The patient had a sore arm also in Dec2020 but that has gone away. The patient reported also that her colleagues at work most of them had the extreme headache. The outcome of the event sore arm was recovered in Dec2020, the other events was unknown. The information on the batch number has been requested.
