Although we still don't know who was ultimately behind the terrorist attack in Moscow on Friday, the trigger men appear to be illegal aliens from Tajikistan.
Footage of the interrogation of one of the terrorists in the hospital, all communication is conducted through an interpreter, since he does not understand the Russian language (or pretends that he does not understand).

The Russian podcaster duo, "Russians With Attitude" pointed out how a porous southern border and tolerance of illegal migration has made Russia vulnerable to this sort of attack:
