Lee Anderson has hit out at a fire service declaring itself ‘institutionally racist’.
The Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Authority boss gave the branding to her own force.
Reform UK MP and GB News presenter Lee Anderson probed her on the matter in Parliament, before joining Patrick Christys to vent his fury.
“I think this is a case of a boss just ticking a box”, he said.

“She is admitting they’re racist, when it probably isn’t, just to keep a job, it’s pathetic.
“I asked her about it today and she couldn’t answer a simple question. She was totally flummoxed.

“It’s virtue signalling at the highest level.
“The thing is, she is the boss. She’s admitted they’re institutionally racist then couldn’t provide any evidence to back it up.
“She’s just ticking boxes to keep a job, as far as I’m concerned.”
Anderson went on to suggest the case is symptomatic of a country where institutions are all too willing to posture on the issue of racism.
“It’s fashionable to say you’re racist, it’s pathetic”, he said.
“The whole session, she was absolutely pathetic.
“She is definitely just doing it to keep her job.”
Councillor Rebecca Knox was quizzed by Anderson about shocking details of harassment at the service.
An independent culture review of London Fire Brigade (LFB) found “dangerous levels of ingrained prejudice against women” at the service, while colleagues from minority backgrounds are “frequently the target of racist abuse”.
Knox admitted she hasn’t spoken to victims of misogyny and harassment at her service despite an ITV News report revealing firefighters at the service photographed dead women and shared the images on WhatsApp groups.
