A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to repeal prohibitions
relating to freedom of access to clinic entrances, and
for other purposes.
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
4 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘FACE Act Repeal Act
5 of 2023’’.

1 SEC. 2. REPEAL OF PROHIBITIONS RELATING TO FREEDOM
2 OF ACCESS TO CLINIC ENTRANCES.
3 (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 248 of title 18, United
4 States Code, is repealed.
5 (b) CLERICAL AMENDMENT.—The table of sections
6 for chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, is amended
7 by striking the item relating to section 248.
8 (c) APPLICABILITY.—The repeal made in subsection
9 (a) shall apply to any prosecution of an offense that is
10 pending on, or commenced on or after, the date of enact-
11 ment of this Act.
