Asahi Depository, LLC has a full-time Inventory & Logistics Administrator position available at our new facility in Blauvelt, New York. The salary range for the Inventory & Logistics Administrator is $50,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience.

Job Purpose:

The Inventory & Logistics Administrator will be responsible for processing orders, providing customer service, and communicating with vendors, carriers, and other Asahi facilities to carryout operations at Asahi’s new vaulting business.

This position has the following responsibilities:

· Ensure all ingoing and outgoing orders are processed timely and accurately.

· Create and issue invoices and shipping documentation correctly for each order.

· Create and maintain precise inventory reports.

· Communicate with customers regarding orders or to resolve any issues.

· Communicate regularly with carriers, vendors, and other Asahi facilities regarding incoming or outgoing product or supply orders.

· Provide backup support for Vault Manager.

· Ensure compliance of all Governmental and Asahi Refining’s environmental, health & safety policies and procedures through daily inspections, monthly employee meetings and safe work practices.

· Actively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction, minimizing waste, make recommendations to the appropriate teams for review and implementation.

Qualifications for this position are:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience with warehouse or logistics.

· Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience.

· Familiarity with international logistics and inventory management.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Strong computer proficiency with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
