Material Handlers

Asahi Depository, LLC has full-time Material Handler positions available at our new facility in Blauvelt, New York. Material Handlers are responsible for the shipping and receiving product orders and inventory tracking.

Job Purpose:

The Material Handlers will be responsible for shipping and receiving all product orders in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.

This position has the following responsibilities:

· Receive and unload all incoming materials, checking each shipment for accuracy.

· Loading all outgoing shipments onto trucks.

· Safely transporting products to various areas within the warehouse.

· Safely utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks to carryout out tasks.

· Accurately record and stock all incoming material.

· Picking, packing and documenting products for all outgoing shipments.

· Weighing and recording all incoming material to ensure accuracy of orders.

· Accurate data entry for inventory tracking.

Qualifications for this position are:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse.

· Familiarity with inventory management.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Strong computer proficiency with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
