The Automatic Earth

For the past decade, the <a href="https://www.theautomaticearth.com/" target="_blank">Automatic Earth</a> has helped its readers understand the Venn diagram where finance, energy and ecology overlap. We realized even longer ago that mankind is on track to both create and encounter crises for which we at present are often not even asking the right questions, let alone providing solutions. 

Each field is difficult enough on its own, and beset with false paradigms. Finance people are struggling to understand finance problems, those who work in energy and ecological issues have a hard time even defining what they are. But these problems are integrated, and we won’t survive as a civilization if we try to find solutions to them in isolation. 

The <a href="https://www.theautomaticearth.com/">Automatic Earth</a> was founded to help people escape from the maze, not by solving any one problem, but by giving a view of these interrelated problems from above the maze. 

Our integrated view let us predict the financial crisis in 2008, when conventional finance was telling us the enjoy the Great Moderation. We also have a long track history in energy and ecological topics. 

Researching and providing our holistic view is a full-time job, and we need your help to do it.
