Right off the bat, this was the best tree service I contacted. Their estimator came out within a few days as compared to a few weeks from the "other" company. And, his bid was ONE-HALF the amount of the "other" company. The crew showed up a few weeks later to remove a giant (70 ft.) Raywood ash tree and thin another. They were the epitome of courteous professionalism -- very efficient, industrious and careful. My lawn, my sprinklers, my wrought iron fence and my woodpile were preserved totally from any damage. They cut up the tree in the 16" rounds I requested (to be split later for more firewood), and piled all the wood right where I wanted it. Except for some sawdust, no trace they'd even been there when cleanup was finished. This outfit is superb in every way. Chico's Best IMHO!

Great crew. Showed up when they said they would. Fast, efficient, and cleaned up really well. And the price was much lower than my other bids.

From my initial meeting with Andy for the estimate/quote to the completed work, I have been nothing but impressed with North Valley Tree Service. For starters, they came in 3 times lower than another company who only offered a drive-by estimate. NVTS is honest and fair, and the crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend this wonderful company to anyone needing tree work!

Did show up a couple of hours late due to the previous job taking longer and that didn't make me happy, but then they did the job in less than two hours, did minimal damage and cleaned up nicely. �They had the right equipment and the right number of people. �I'm pretty sure that any other tree service company would have taken either all day or a couple of days.

Arrived at 8AM were done by 2PM They cleaned up thoroughly with little damage to the rest of the yard.

Left multiple messages over the last 2 months �to come give me an estimate and haven't heard a response. I guess they're busy enough that professionalism can go right out the window
