U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers deported 142 criminal illegal aliens to Mexico within the last two weeks. The group of criminal aliens arrested in the Houston metro racked up 473 separate criminal convictions. Together, the group had entered the United States illegally 480 times.

Illegal border crossers in New Mexico are now facing criminal charges under a section of U.S. law that protects military installations from unauthorized entry. On Thursday, New United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico Ryan Ellison announced the filing of 82 new Title 50 charges for unauthorized entry into the newly designated National Defense Area along New Mexico’s southern border. MS-13 Gang Members Stab Virginia Correctional Officers in Brutal Attack

Six inmates at the Wallens Ridge State Prison in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, allegedly stabbed three correctional officers in a violent attack on Friday morning. According to the Virginia Department of Corrections, five of the six inmates involved in the attack are confirmed members of the violent MS-13 gang from El Salvador. Gun-Toting Salvadoran Gang Member Arrested After Maryland Authorities’ Protection Fails

Despite the best efforts of Maryland law enforcement authorities to protect a known criminal alien gang member, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested Brayan Eleazar Angulo-Barrios, 26, in Hyattsville, Maryland. Angulo-Barrios was shielded from arrest by ICE when he was released by the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections. DOJ: Texas Steelworker Union President Embezzled $280K

A 42-year-old Corpus Christi resident pleaded guilty to embezzling more than $280,000 from a local steelworkers labor union. Robert Cirilo, former president of the United Steelworkers Local 13-1647 in the Texas Gulf Coast city, pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud and one count of embezzlement from a labor organization. According to an announcement on Monday by U.S. Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei, Cirilo will face sentencing in August.

Family Says ICE Arrested Mom at Kansas City Immigration Interview

A family in Pittsburg, Kansas, is claiming their mother was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) hearing on a pending petition for her to become a Lawfully Admitted Permanent Resident. Her United States citizen husband filed the petition. On Wednesday, the family says they were told their mother has an outstanding final order of deportation.

Texas Preschool Teacher Gets Maximum Sentence for Producing Child Pornography

A former Abilene, Texas, preschool teacher was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for producing child pornography involving two young boys, aged 12 and 13. Mark Penfield Eichorn, 28, received the maximum sentence possible during his recent hearing before U.S. District Judge James Wesley Hendrix. As part of President Trump’s Operation Take Back America, a team of Border Patrol agents arrested ten illegal aliens in Pomona, California, on Tuesday. Nine of the illegal aliens arrested were found outside a Home Depot store.
